Who I am

I am Max Ready, a portrait photographer working in Novi Sad and Belgrade. I shoot the sessions, edit the photos and run this site myself – your data is handled by one person, not a company.

Analytics and cookies

If you accept, this site loads Yandex.Metrica: an analytics tool that sets cookies and records how the site gets used – which sections you open, how long you stay, roughly where you are (from your IP address), and what device and browser you use. It is traffic statistics. It does not tell me who you are.

Nothing is loaded and no cookies are set before you press Accept. If you never accept, the site simply runs without analytics – every part of it works exactly the same.

This data is processed by Yandex on its own servers, under its own privacy policy.

What I collect when you book

Only what you send me yourself in a message: your name or handle, your contact details, and whatever you tell me about the shoot – the date, the place, what you want from it.

After the session I also hold the photographs taken during it.

Why I hold it

To agree on a time and place, to shoot, to edit, and to deliver your photos. That is the whole purpose. I never sell it, rent it out, or pass it to anyone for advertising.

Your photographs

Your photos are yours. I publish a shot in my portfolio, on this site or on Instagram only if you have explicitly agreed to it – and you can change your mind at any point, including long after the session. Tell me and I will take it down.

If you would rather your photos were never shown anywhere, that is completely fine and changes nothing about the session or the price.

Who else can see it

Our conversation lives inside whichever messenger you chose – Telegram, Viber or Instagram – and is therefore also subject to that company’s own privacy policy. I have no control over that part.

Analytics data goes to Yandex, as described above. Finished photos are sent to you as a download link; nobody else is given access.

How long I keep it

Messages stay in the messenger until you or I delete them. Original photo files I keep as an archive so you can ask for a re-edit or another copy later. If you want them deleted, ask me and they are gone.

Your rights

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it – including your photos. No forms, no procedure: just message me and I will do it.

You can withdraw your analytics consent at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser; the notice will then appear again.
